Join our chef for his morning shopping in the bustling local Singaraja market. In all probability you will be the only tourist there, and together with our chef you will select the freshest vegetables, herbs, fish, spices and meats the market has to offer. Later you return to our cooking pavillion where you will turn your purchases into three authentic Balinese dishes. You will learn to prepare the unique mix of tropical herbs and spices that gives Balinese cuisine its inimitable flavour. The half day course ends in a well-deserved lunch.
