The Climate is very temperate on the north coast of Bali. The mountains and the volcanoes to the south protect the northern portion of the island from frequent rainfall, and contribute to a drier climate and lesser humidity. Temperature during the day is between 20C to 24C in the evenings. The best time of the year is the period between Aprils to November– the dry season. The rainy season usually starts in November.Normally, the rainiest months of the year are January and February, while the months of November, December, March and April can be seen as transitional. When it does rain, it is usually in the afternoon or early evening for about 1 to 2 hours, and it is seldom that it rains for an entire day. Therefore, it is definitely possible to visit Bali during the rainy season. Actually, many prefer the rainy season due to the lushness of the vegetation and the decreased intensity of the sun. |
